Because each item is made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please contact us at support@pickleballdreams.co within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem. Photos may be required to process your request.

Each claim is reviewed individually. If approved, a replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.
